The purpose-built Rother Valley Country Park centre is located on the shore of a 40-hectare (100-acre) artificial lake and specialises in windsurfing, dinghy sailing, and powerboating. It offers canoeing courses for schools, youth groups, corporate clients, and the general public. Dinghies, windsurfers, canoes, rowing boats, and bicycles are available for hire, and the park includes a nature reserve, walking tracks, and a children's play area.
